I asked for superior deluxe queen room with an electric kettle, central heating and multi-channel TV, it was new-fashioned. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a walk-in shower. The most important was the staff - outstandingly...

The morning breakfast was excellent with fresh melon.

Excellent food, both breakfast and dinner, really hit the spot. Comfortable, well-appointed Superior Beautiful Double Room.
The bed felt a bit too soft for my liking, creaking loudly with movement. Limited sound insulation allowed for some disruption from adjacent rooms, especially with bathroom use. The heater controls weren't obvious, and an additional chair would've enhanced comfort, particularly.

We explored the local vineyards and went for a day trip to a nearby historical site. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great vibe at the bar too! Definitely recommend for a fun getaway.
Only downside was the Wi-Fi. It was a bit spotty , hard to share our adventures online.

I adored my stay! The cozy room was a warm hug after a day of exploring, and the full English breakfast was pure bliss-I can still taste the crispy bacon! Plus, the garden area was a charming spot to unwind...

I appreciated the warm, cute decor. The staff were supportive, especially as a senior.
A more accessible shower would be helpful.

The room was cozy and clean, with a large shower that was nice. But, I found the bed a bit too soft and creaky, kinda annoying. It would've been great to have another chair too. It was comfortable enough, and I got a decent night's sleep.

A good stay with a clean room with a spacious shower and notably cozy decor. The breakfast included high-quality ingredients, particularly the homemade yogurt, a highlight. The location in a serene village added to the charm, although the attached pub space wasn't utilized for meals beyond breakfast. Friendly staff contributed to an inviting atmosphere.

easy access to parks and charming local attractions
The bed and breakfast is a great base for weekend city strolls, with Turvey House just a few steps away and the expansive Harrold-Odell Country Park almost 5 km away for good walks and nature exploration. Staying here made it easy for us to soak in the sights while enjoying the quiet surroundings despite the room needing some updates to fully justify its price.
